Augustine has over 15 years of work experience in the development sector with specific interest in the Northeast Region. A commerce graduate with Masters in Youth Development from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development and UGC Net in Social Work. He is also certified Life Skills Trainer. Prior to joining NFI, Augustine worked with QUEST Alliance as Senior Programme Manager.
