Dithhi is a researcher with over 20 years in the non-profit sector, focusing on social justice, human rights, and environmental sustainability. Prior to joining NFI, she worked with the Centre for Workers' Management, managing its operations and developed education programs, addressing labour rights abuses and their intersectionality. She holds a postgraduate degree in Economics.
