Soubam Bidyarani believes in equality and diversity for all in every works of life and has deep passion for women economic empowerment. She has nine years of experience working with vulnerable groups of children, women empowerment, gender issues and livelihood. She has expertise in human rights, gender sensitization, women empowerment, child rights & protection. She holds Master’s degree in Social Work. Before joining NFI, she has worked with Azad Foundation and Butterflies NGOs.
