2) Who can enroll?
FLIP is open to any individual working in any Civil Society Organisation in any part of the country. CSOs can enroll their staff easily through the NFI web portal and pay a low-cost premium to protect their frontline workers.

4) Can’t pay the premium? We’ve got you covered.
If you are unable to afford the premium, NFI may be able to subsidise you. A limited number of fully covered premiums are available for eligible individuals.
To qualify, you must:
- Work with a civil society organisation (CSO) that has an annual budget under ₹25 lakhs
- Reside in one of the following states: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Tripura, or West Bengal
- Earn less than ₹25,000 per month
- Not be covered under any other health insurance scheme (excluding government schemes)
