Field Program Officer


Netrasikha Dutta is a Social development professional with over a decade of experience in supporting civil society organizations in program planning, implementation, and monitoring. Currently serving as a Field Program Officer at the National Foundation for India (NFI), East Central Office, Odisha, she has expertise in community-based rehabilitation of persons with disabilities and the WASH sector. Prior to NFI, she worked with Caritas India and Water For People India, contributing to inclusive development initiatives and strengthening grassroots capacities.
