Anuradha Sharma is an independent journalist based in Siliguri, West Bengal, and contributes to Reporters Without Borders. She writes on politics, culture, media, gender and social justice in South Asia and has been published in Scroll.in, Wire, The Hindu magazine, Forbes, Nikkei Asia and New York Times among others.
As part of the fellowship, Anuradha published a detailed story about a case of sexual abuse, in which the survivor decided to speak 23 years after the crime was committed.
