Ashfaque E J is an independent journalist from Kuttiady in Kerala. In 2018, he co-directed an independent crowd-funded documentary film Lynch Nation. His news reports got published in various news organisations such as The Tribune, TwoCircles.net, Dalit Camera, Madhyamam, and The Caravan magazine. As part of the Fellowship, Ashfaque published an investigetive story about LGBTQI conversion therapy in Kerala.
